Take the team off the calendar and onto the water

A team outing on a private boat: no meeting rooms, no slide decks, no Wi-Fi guilt. Just your people, an open horizon, and a captain who handles everything. It works for a half-day kickoff, a full-day celebration, or a long weekend away. We shape the day around your team — a quiet bay for a strategy session, a swim stop after lunch, dinner on deck as the sun goes down. You tell us the size of the team, the vibe, and the budget. We take care of the boat, the route, the food, and the logistics.

Why it works

A boat does what an offsite agenda can’t

There are no breakout rooms or icebreakers to force. Sharing a boat for a few days does the work on its own — here is why a team outing on the water lands where a conference hotel doesn’t.

A shared boat builds real bonds

Trimming a sail, cooking dinner at anchor and swimming off the back of the boat put the whole team on the same side of a small, real challenge. The trust that builds in three days at sea is the kind no workshop can manufacture.

Zero logistics for the organiser

A licensed captain handles the route, the weather and the safety; we handle catering, transfers and activities. You brief us once and get one transparent quote — no spreadsheets, no vendor chasing, no surprise invoices.

A genuine reset, not just a day out

Phones go quiet, the horizon opens up, and the change of scene resets people in a way the office never will. Teams come back with the kind of clarity and goodwill that makes the next quarter noticeably easier.

Memories that outlast any merch

A day spent jumping off the bow and watching the sunset from the deck becomes the story people retell for years. It sticks far longer than a branded hoodie or another dinner in a private room — and it is what new hires hear about first.

Built around your team, not a fixed package

Half a day or a full week. Calm cruising or hands-on sailing. A laid-back celebration or an active day of swimming, snorkelling and racing the next boat. We shape the route, the pace and the extras around your people, your goal and your budget — not the other way round.

Everyone is included, whatever their level

No sailing experience required — the captain keeps it safe and easy, and there is a spot for everyone, from the person who wants the helm to the one who just wants to read in the sun. Nobody sits on the sidelines.

From teams who came back

What crews say afterwards

A team outing is hard to picture until you have been on one. Here is how it lands for the people who organised theirs.

«Gentlemen, that was awesome! One of the best non-vacations of my life. Thank you all!»

«Yes, and I would go as a sailor a couple more times, but I will definitely go, because what I saw, even with the prospect of reduced libations, completely ruined all other possible types of sea recreation.»

«It was my first time on a yacht, and I was worried it would be boring or I'd get seasick, but my concerns were completely unfounded. The sea, sun, fresh air, good company, absence of unnecessary people, sounds and events allowed me to reboot and rethink a lot. The sense of freedom that a yacht gives you is incomparable to anything else.»

«Spent a week working from a yacht with a wonderful company, sailing along the coast of Turkey. It felt like I didn’t even take a vacation, yet my mind got completely recharged. So I highly recommend it.»

Team outing questions, answered

Everything organisers usually ask before booking a team outing on the water. Still unsure? Drop us a line in the quote form and we will reply within a day.

A single boat comfortably hosts a team of 4–8 people. Larger teams sail as a flotilla of two or more boats that share the same route, anchorages, and evenings together — so a group of 20+ still feels like one outing.

None at all. Every boat comes with a licensed captain who handles navigation and safety. Your team can be as hands-on or as relaxed as they like — help hoist the sails or simply enjoy the ride.

Most outings run from a few hours on the water to a full week. A half-day works for a kickoff or celebration; a full day suits a proper team event; a long weekend (3–4 days) is the sweet spot when you want to disconnect, bond, and still get strategic work done.

The charter, a certified captain, fuel, port and marina fees, and end-of-trip cleaning. We tailor catering, drinks, activities, and transfers to your brief — everything lands in one transparent quote with no surprise invoices.

We run team outings in Turkey, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, and Thailand. Tell us where your team is based and we will recommend the route with the easiest logistics and the best weather window.

Yes. We arrange catering from light lunches to a full chef-prepared dinner on deck, plus optional extras — swim and snorkel stops, a sunset toast, a facilitated session, or a local cultural experience ashore. Just tell us the mood you are going for.

Absolutely. We can anchor in a calm bay with a stable Starlink or 4G connection so you can hold a planning sprint, a retro, or a strategy session — then cast off and switch to the fun part of the day.

For peak season (June–September) we recommend 6–8 weeks of lead time so we can secure the right boats. Off-season and smaller groups can often be arranged in a couple of weeks — send your dates and we will confirm availability.

The captain monitors the forecast and adjusts the route to keep the day comfortable and safe — sheltered bays instead of open crossings, or a shift in timing. If conditions make sailing impossible, we work with you on a new date or an alternative plan.

Yes. We issue invoices for legal entities and provide a detailed breakdown (boat, captain, catering, activities) so the outing is easy to book under team events, L&D, or employee wellbeing budgets.
